A new guest post series kicked off on 22 January 2019!
I’ve decided to throw open the doors of my blog to guest posters from across the world in order to hear from a wide variety of people with various areas of expertise, experiences and perspectives on ways and means to achieve a sense of zen!
I have an open mind and I’d like my readers to also. Let’s read and listen to various lifestyle choices that people make and that they recommend as helping to achieve a sense of zen.
What is zen I hear you ask?
Well I think it may mean different things to different people, but in this case it means to feel peaceful, relaxed, and calm. It means feeling a sense of balance of body, mind and spirit.
Let me introduce you to a new guest post series that has started on Tuesdays:
ZEN TIP TUESDAY
Life is wonderful but let’s face it – life can be tough. Some people are thrown more curve balls than others but ultimately none of us get through life without challenges. There’s all manner of things that we could be faced with during our lifetimes: stress, anxiety, grief, frustrations, worry, sadness, illness, pain, trauma, and more.
I think most of us would like to be able to handle these challenges that life throws at us better and most of us would like to feel more peaceful, relaxed and calm. Agree?
So that is why I want to hear from as many people as possible on what helps them to achieve a sense of zen. Let’s keep an open mind, an attitude of beginner’s mind, and enjoy. There may be something amongst this series that could change a life. My life. Your life. Who knows!

The smallest change in perspective can transform a life. What tiny attitude adjustment might turn your world around?
Ciao for now,
